Hotel Reservations
Conference attendees should make reservations by calling 800-808-9833. Please make your reservation by Jan. 23, 2009, and mention the Alliance for Children and Families to guarantee the discounted rate of $179 for single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes.

IMPORTANT
Based on our contracted agreement with TradeWinds Island Grand Resort, all reservation requests require full payment, including applicable taxes at time of booking.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT A STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES.

This strict cancellation policy applies to all cancellations and changes that reduce the number of reserved nights. Full payment will be refunded for guest room reservations cancelled or otherwise changed by 5 p.m. EST Jan. 30, 2009. Cancellations and changes received after that time will forfeit full payment as a cancellation penalty.

Included with your reservation is the TradeWinds Island Grand Resort Explorer Value Pass. This pass gives you access to daily self-parking; unlimited local, toll-free, and operator-assisted calls in your guest room; fitness center and aerobic classes; tennis courts; daily wireless Internet in your guest room and common areas; paddle boats and water trykes; daily newspaper; the business center; and a private beach cabana and beach towel service.

Book early—our conference rate is limited. Although the hotel will honor the conference rate three days prior/post, this is subject to availability at time of booking.

Transportation
SuperShuttle Shared-Ride Service offers transfers from Tampa International Airport (TPA) for $24 one way or from St. Petersburg/ Clearwater International Airport (PIE) for $50 one way. Purchase your ticket at the transportation desk located outside of baggage claim. Please allow approximately 45 minutes for the transfer. What to Wear
February temperatures in St. Pete Beach range from an average high of 71 degrees to an average low of 55 degrees. Attire for the conference is business casual. We recommend you wear layers as meeting room temperatures can vary. Dress for the Celebration of Community is beach party casual.
